Amidst the upcoming Bihar assembly elections, the Grand Alliance appears to be facing internal rifts, primarily stemming from differing opinions on the Chief Ministerial candidate. While Tejashwi Yadav is positioning himself as the CM face, MP Pappu Yadav has asserted that the CM will be decided post-election. He has also clarified that the Congress party will not compromise on seat distribution. Pappu Yadav’s statements suggest that the alliance might be facing some degree of tension, especially regarding seat allocation. He has stated that Congress will not accept any compromise on the quality of seats. Yadav emphasized that the allocation of tickets should be based on the performance of the Grand Alliance’s MPs in Seemanchal.
