However, despite Iyer’s failure, four Indian batsmen shone with impressive half-centuries, propelling India A towards a strong score, nearing 400 runs. Wicketkeeper Narayan Jagadeesan scored 64 runs, while Sai Sudarshan contributed 73 runs. Devdutt Padikkal and Dhruv Jurel also played substantial innings, with Jurel nearing a century at the time of reporting.
