In the Temki village of Latehar block, Jharkhand, over 30 children fell ill after consuming chow mein. All the affected children were brought to the Latehar Sadar Hospital for treatment. After receiving medical attention, the children are now out of danger.
On Wednesday, after the Jitiya festival, a fair was organized in Temki village. In the evening, the children suddenly began vomiting after eating chow mein at the fair. Upon receiving this information, local residents informed District Council member Vinod Uraon and former head Rajesh Uraon about the incident. After receiving the information, the public representatives coordinated with the Sadar Hospital and immediately arranged ambulances, transporting all the children to the hospital during the night. Pediatrician Dr. Jai Prakash Jaiswal treated all the children at the Sadar Hospital. After treatment, almost all the children recovered and are out of danger. Medical officer Dr. Jaiprakash Jaiswal said that some children were in serious condition, while the others were mildly ill. Currently, all the children are completely out of danger.
