Businessman Samir K Modi has been remanded for an additional two days by the Saket Court, following a request from the Delhi police. The court has instructed the police to investigate the complaint filed by Modi. The hearing took place in a closed courtroom. Modi was apprehended at the Indira Gandhi International Airport due to a Look Out Circular (LOC) issued by the New Friends Colony Police Station and was subsequently arrested on rape charges. The FIR was registered on September 10, 2025, based on a woman’s claim of a relationship with Modi since 2019.
