Apple is significantly expanding its presence in India, securing a large office space in Mumbai as part of its broader growth strategy. The company has leased a 37,549 square-foot office space within the premium Maker Maxity complex in BKC. The lease agreement spans 55 months and includes an annual rent increase of 4%.
