The Department of Industry hosted a dialogue session with investors at The Lalit Hotel in Delhi to discuss the newly approved Bihar Industrial Investment Promotion Package 2025 (BIPP-2025). The event, a follow-up to the Patna launch, featured Industry Minister Nitish Mishra as the chief guest. Key officials present included Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh, BIADA Managing Director Shri Kundan Kumar, and representatives from the Bihar Chapter, the Indian Chamber of Commerce, and Bharat Plus. Additional Chief Secretary Mihir Kumar Singh presented the policy framework and investment incentives, emphasizing free land allocation, financial incentives, and business environment improvements. Minister Mishra lauded the BIPP-2025 as a historic step, predicting increased investment and job creation to position Bihar as a leader in the industrial sector, not just in India, but globally. BIADA Managing Director Shri Kundan Kumar echoed these sentiments, stating the package would enhance entrepreneurship and economic growth. The session concluded with officials addressing investor queries and underscoring the BIPP-2025’s commitment to transform Bihar’s industrial landscape through free land provisions, financial incentives, and a robust business environment. The implementation of BIPP-2025 followed the BIADA Amnesty Policy 2025, demonstrating the government’s commitment to fostering industrial growth.
