John Abraham is set to return to the big screen with the third film in the ‘Force’ franchise. He will reportedly play the lead role in ‘Force 3’ and will be joined by Meenakshi Chaudhary, known for her roles in films like ‘Lucky Baskhar.’ Filming is expected to commence in November. The previous installments of John Abraham’s franchise received positive responses, generating excitement among fans.
Meenakshi Chaudhary, recognized for her performances in ‘Gunturu Karam,’ ‘Hit 2,’ and ‘Sankranti Vastunam,’ will make her Bollywood debut in ‘Force 3.’ After auditions with several actresses, John Abraham and director Bhav Dhulia chose Meenakshi Chaudhary for the lead role.
Like John, Meenakshi will have an action-oriented role, requiring her to undergo special training in the coming months to prepare for the character. Pre-production work is progressing rapidly. John will focus on ‘Force 3’ after completing the shooting of Rohit Shetty’s biopic on Rakesh Maria, which is expected to conclude by the end of October. This would allow ‘Force 3’ to release in the first half of 2026.
Directed by the late Nishikant Kamat in 2011, ‘Force’ introduced John Abraham in a notable avatar. ‘Force 2,’ directed by Abhinay Deo in 2016, featured Sonakshi Sinha and Tahir Raj Bhasin in different roles, making a significant impact. The second chapter of the ‘Force’ franchise built upon the narrative, presenting itself as the first series based on the idea of a masculine hero.
