Following Kolkata, Jharkhand showcases Durga Puja pandals with unique and grand themes. This year, a political theme has been adopted in Ranchi, attracting visitors from far and wide. The pandal features idols of various political figures, including Rahul Gandhi, Lalu Yadav, and his mother, Tejashwi Yadav, Tej Pratap Yadav, and their mothers. The aim is to convey a message to society through these depictions. Additionally, the pandal includes a statue of Hemant Soren and his mother, with a message emphasizing the birth of a brave son like Hemant. One scene portrays Tej Pratap Yadav and Rabri Devi, accompanied by a poster depicting Rabri Devi hitting Tej Pratap. This references a recent controversial incident involving Tej Pratap Yadav, which led to his removal from the RJD party and family.
