Bermamines Police Station in-charge Dilip Yadav exemplified honesty and humanity by returning a bag containing jewelry and diamonds worth 15 lakh rupees to its rightful owner. This act has strengthened the police’s reputation. Despite the valuable items, he was not tempted and, without any greed, handed over the bag responsibly. His actions have become a topic of discussion throughout the area. The victim’s family was overjoyed to have recovered their lost belongings. Gurucharan Gorai, a resident of Birsanagar, was returning home from a tempo on September 26th when he accidentally dropped his bag near the Tube Company gate. Upon learning of the incident, he filed a complaint at the Bermamines police station. Following the complaint, Inspector Dilip Yadav immediately initiated an investigation and, after diligent efforts, recovered the bag. The recovered bag contained a laptop from HP, a camera from Nikon, a gold necklace, two diamond rings, five gold rings, gold earrings, ear studs, diamond ear rings, a gold locket, and other valuable jewelry. Gurucharan Gorai expressed his gratitude to Inspector Dilip Yadav for recovering all the items safely.
