The anime film ‘Chainsaw Man- The Movie: Reze Arc’ has been released in India following its global success. Based on the popular manga, it is considered by many to be a top-tier anime. Despite its popularity and positive reception in India, the movie has not yet matched the box office success of ‘Demon Slayer Infinity Castle’. The Chainsaw Man movie has earned a total of Rs 2.53 crore within the first four days of its release. On day 4 alone, the film collected an estimated Rs 34 lakh. The movie centers around Denji, who becomes Chainsaw Man after merging with a Devil’s heart. He joins Special Division 4’s Devil Hunters, and things seem promising after a date with his crush, Makima. However, the story takes a turn with the introduction of Reze, a girl working at a café. The voice cast features Kikunosuke Toya, Reina Ueda, Fairouz Ai, Tomori Kusunoki, Shogo Sakata, Shiori Izawa, Karin Takahashi, Maaya Uchida, Natsuki Hanae and Yūya Uchida. The Chainsaw Man anime is adapted from the manga series by Tatsuki Fujimoto, which tells the story of Denji, a teenager who makes a pact with Pochita, the Chainsaw Devil, granting him the ability to transform parts of his body into chainsaws. He then becomes part of the Public Safety Devil Hunters, a government agency that combats Devils threatening Japan.
