The murder of 22-year-old Ajay Basa, also known as Jhattu, in the Gada Basa area of Golmuri police station has been revealed to be a shocking case. Police investigations revealed that Ajay Basa’s friend, Sandeep Prasad, sacrificed him to gain Siddhi through tantra-mantra practices. The police have arrested Sandeep, Bharat, and three others in connection with the case.
Police inquiries at Golmuri police station have revealed the sensational details of the murder of 22-year-old Ajay Basa alias Jhattu, which occurred on Monday. The reason behind this incident has shaken the entire city. Police have arrested Ajay’s neighbor and friend Sandeep Prasad, along with his brother, mother, brother-in-law, and Bharat, a resident of Kewaltown, who were involved in this heinous crime.
During police interrogation, a shocking revelation came to light. The accused, Sandeep, had been practicing tantra-mantra for a long time and had been planning to sacrifice his own friend Ajay to obtain “Siddhi” for the past three years. The arrested accused, Bharat, revealed that he knew Sandeep was going to sacrifice Ajay, but he could not speak out due to fear.
According to the investigation, on Monday, Sandeep and Bharat bought a large iron box from the market and kept it in a rented room in Kewaltown. Later, Sandeep called Ajay there on the pretext of giving him a “party”. During the party, after Ajay became unconscious from the alcohol, his hands and feet were tied, and he was locked in the box.
At night, Sandeep brought Ajay, who was locked in the box, to his house and started performing tantra-mantra rituals. Around midnight, he slit Ajay’s throat with a sharp weapon and sacrificed him. According to the police, the blood that came out of Ajay’s body during the sacrifice was offered in the puja. When Ajay started writhing, he was thrown into the lane next to the house.
Upon receiving the information, Golmuri police station in-charge Sanjay Suman arrived with his team and sent the injured Ajay to the hospital, but he died on the way.
During police interrogation, Sandeep revealed a shocking fact. He admitted that a year ago, he had also caused the death of Ajay’s father, Jagdish Basa, through tantra-mantra. After that, he bought their hotel. Sandeep claimed that he had brought Ajay under his control with the power of tantra-mantra and had been preparing for his sacrifice for a long time.
Not only this, but the father and sister of the accused have also died mysteriously. It is said that the father hanged himself five years ago, while the sister died in suspicious circumstances.
The police have seized the box, knife, and puja material from the crime scene.
