In the 57th match of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 12, Jaipur Pink Panthers secured a thrilling victory against Haryana Steelers. Despite trailing by 10 points at one stage, Jaipur mounted a remarkable comeback in the final minutes, clinching the win with a score of 37-36 at the SDAT Multi Purpose Indoor Stadium in Chennai. The match was a captivating spectacle for kabaddi fans, with both teams displaying unwavering determination until the very end.
Early in the match, Haryana Steelers showcased a strong performance. The duo of Vinay and Shivam Patare delivered impressive raiding, accumulating four points each in the first 10 minutes, which gave their team a 10-4 lead. Haryana gradually built on their momentum and established a seven-point advantage, ending the first half with a score of 20-13. The Jaipur Pink Panthers, seemingly under pressure in the first half, refused to give up and began their efforts to regain control of the game. In the second half, Jaipur adjusted their strategy. While Haryana led 24-17 by the 25th minute, a super tackle by Jaipur shifted the momentum. Ali Samadi, the Iranian raider, put pressure on Haryana before being tackled in a do-or-die raid in the 28th minute. Jaipur then all-out Haryana in the 32nd minute, reducing the score to 26-24 and narrowing the gap to just two points. In the closing moments of the match, Sahil from Jaipur executed a super raid, leveling the score for his team. Sahil scored a total of seven points, supported by six points from Ali and four points each from Dipanshu and Aryan. Haryana held a 32-28 lead in the 36th minute, but Jaipur persevered. The Panthers gained a one-point lead over Haryana by executing another all-out in the final minute. Haryana’s star raider, Vinay, was tackled in the final raid, resulting in a 37-36 victory for Jaipur.
