During the upcoming Ghartshila by-election, all polling and security personnel will receive comprehensive cashless medical treatment. This was announced following a crucial meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi with representatives from government and private hospitals in East Singhbhum. The district administration has prioritized the health and safety of election duty staff. Hospitals are directed to ensure immediate cashless medical access in any emergency situation, regardless of whether it’s a government or private facility. The Civil Surgeon has been tasked with ensuring the availability of necessary medical resources, medicines, and medical teams within hospitals. All healthcare providers, both public and private, are to remain on alert 24/7 for emergency services throughout the election period. Continuous coordination with the district control room and health department is mandated. Bills for cashless treatments will be submitted to the district administration for processing and payment. Any negligence or indifference in providing this service will result in strict action against the responsible parties.
