In a striking display of digital engagement, President Donald Trump shared an AI-generated video depicting him as ‘King Trump’ piloting a fighter jet. The clip shows the jet spraying a brown liquid over what appear to be protesters. This move comes as ‘No Kings’ protests have surged across the United States, with organizers claiming nearly seven million participants. The White House also reportedly shared a screenshot of the President in an emperor’s crown on X.
The 19-second video, posted on Truth Social, illustrates a fighter jet labeled ‘King Trump’ dispensing a mud-like substance onto demonstrators from above. The ‘No Kings’ movement saw a significant increase in participation compared to earlier demonstrations in June, according to reports. Authorities indicated that the widespread rallies have remained predominantly peaceful, with no significant incidents or arrests reported.
Key protest locations included Chicago, where participants carried homemade signs and ‘Hands Off Chicago’ posters. In Los Angeles, inflatable costumes and American flags were visible. Federal employees also marched on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington D.C., advocating for more measured political discourse. These ‘No Kings’ protests are occurring against the backdrop of a federal government shutdown and ongoing legislative gridlock.
