The Jharkhand Congress has initiated a nationwide search for new spokespersons, marking the launch of its ‘National Media Talent Hunt Program’ within the state. This program aims to identify and appoint individuals at both regional and state levels who possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of political discourse. The selection process, which commenced recently, will continue throughout December. A poster outlining the talent hunt initiative was also unveiled during a press conference held at the state Congress office in Ranchi.
To facilitate the selection, Jharkhand has been strategically divided into seven distinct zones. These zones encompass various districts, including Palamu, Kolhan, Deoghar, Dumka, Jamtara, Sahebganj, Godda, Pakur, Ramgarh, Chatra, Koderma, Hazaribagh, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Giridih, and areas within South Chotanagpur. This zonal division ensures comprehensive coverage and accessibility for potential candidates across the entire state. The initiative is a key part of the party’s broader organizational development efforts, designed to strengthen its presence and outreach.
