A startling admission from a Pakistani politician has sent shockwaves, with Chaudhry Anwarul Haq openly claiming responsibility for terror attacks within India. In a video that has rapidly circulated online, Haq declared that Pakistan has carried out attacks “from the Red Fort to the forests of Kashmir.” He specifically referenced the deadly car bomb incident near Delhi’s Red Fort on November 10, which resulted in 14 fatalities, and the earlier terror assault in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baisaran Valley in April, where 26 tourists were tragically killed. Haq boasted about Pakistan’s strategy, stating, ‘I earlier said that if you keep bleeding Balochistan, we’ll hit India from Red Fort to the forests of Kashmir. By the grace of Allah, we’ve done it.’ He further implied that the perpetrators in Delhi had not yet completed counting the casualties, highlighting Pakistan’s alleged direct involvement in sponsoring terrorism. New Delhi has consistently refuted Pakistan’s accusations regarding unrest in Balochistan, asserting that Islamabad uses these claims as a diversionary tactic from its internal crises. Investigations into the Red Fort blast have reportedly linked its mastermind to a Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) module busted prior to the attack. This module, comprised of educated individuals, allegedly used their professional cover to procure explosives and was planning further attacks. The revelations underscore ongoing concerns about Pakistan’s alleged support for cross-border terrorism targeting India.
