The 10th Tata Steel Jamshedpur Half Marathon is set to take place on November 30th at the JRD Tata Sports Complex. Tata Steel Sports Department officially launched the event’s official t-shirt and detailed route maps for all race categories. The unveiling ceremony saw the presence of D.B. Sundara Ramam, Vice President of Corporate Services at Tata Steel, and Mukul Vinayak Choudhary, Chief Sports. This annual sporting event, a major highlight for the city, will feature races including a 21 km half marathon, a 10 km run, a 5 km run, and a 2 km run, with their respective route maps now released. Ramam lauded the growing fitness enthusiasm in the city, emphasizing how the Jamshedpur Half Marathon has become a symbol of unity, health, and community pride over the years. This year’s marathon, themed ‘Run for Jamshedpur from the Heart,’ boasts a total prize pool of Rs. 29.2 lakh, recognizing top performers across all categories.
