Nissan Motor India has announced significant price cuts for its Magnite range. The sub-4 meter SUV benefits from reduced GST rates, effective from September 22, 2025, coinciding with the first day of Navratri. Consequently, prices for top variants have decreased by approximately ₹1 lakh. This presents a favorable opportunity for car buyers, especially with the upcoming festive season. The company anticipates that the lower prices will stimulate demand, recognizing the sensitivity of this segment to affordability.
The most affordable variant, the Magnite Visia MT, is now priced under ₹6 lakh, with a new price of ₹5.61 lakh (ex-showroom). Mid-range automatic variants like the N-Connecta CVT and KURO CVT are now available for under ₹10 lakh. The most substantial price reductions are seen in the top-end CVT Tekna and CVT Tekna+ variants, with price drops of around ₹97,000 and ₹1 lakh, respectively.
In addition to the SUV price adjustments, Nissan has also lowered the cost of the CNG fitting kit, now priced at ₹71,999. This represents a reduction of ₹3,000. The kit is sourced from government-approved vendors, and it includes a 3-year/1 lakh km warranty while maintaining the Magnite CNG’s full 336-liter boot space.
