A new and affordable electric bike has been launched in the electric vehicle market. This bike is the Oben Rorr EZ, also known as the Oben Rorr EZ Sigma. It will be available in two variants based on battery size. The first is a 3.4 kWh variant, priced at ₹1.27 lakh. The second, a more powerful 4.4 kWh variant, is priced at ₹1.37 lakh. These prices are ex-showroom and introductory. Bookings have begun for ₹2,999, and test rides are available at Oben dealerships, with deliveries commencing from August 15, 2025.
The Oben uses an LFP battery, known for its long life and ability to withstand high temperatures. The bike has a top speed of 95 km/h and can accelerate from 0-40 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. The range varies depending on the variant, with a claimed range of up to 175 km. The Rorr EZ Sigma features three riding modes: Eco, City, and Havoc. It supports fast charging. The company claims the motorcycle can charge from 0-80 percent in 1.5 hours.
