Honda has offered a first look at its upcoming full-size electric motorcycle, with a full unveiling slated for the near future. The company is calling it the “EV Fun Concept.” The prototype was first showcased at the 2024 Milan show and is currently undergoing testing on European roads. A production-ready version is expected to be revealed in the coming months. This mid-sized naked bike will feature a fixed battery with rapid charging capabilities, utilizing automobile-grade CCS2 fast-charging compatibility. The design is expected to include a single-sided swingarm, monoshock rear suspension, belt drive, inverted front forks with twin discs, and radial calipers. The charging dock will be integrated into the fuel tank to maintain the bike’s streamlined appearance. The new project is being designed with the European market in mind, where it’s undergoing rigorous testing. Honda is focusing on daily usability, refining the bike to provide customers with a pleasurable riding experience while ensuring it’s practical for everyday use. The new bike might be retailed through Honda’s Bigwing showrooms.
