The Indian automotive market saw robust sales in July 2025. Maruti Suzuki maintained its lead, selling 1.37 lakh vehicles, mirroring its July 2024 performance. Mahindra secured second place, demonstrating a strong 19.8% growth compared to July 2024, with sales reaching 49,871 units. Hyundai followed, with sales of 43,973 units, though experiencing a 10.3% decrease from July 2024. Tata Motors held the fourth position, selling 39,521 units, and Toyota rounded out the top five with 29,159 units sold. Maruti Suzuki’s Dzire was the top-selling car, while Mahindra’s Scorpio led its sales. Hyundai’s Creta was its best-selling model, and Toyota’s Innova topped its sales figures.
