Kia India has announced special offers for customers, marking the start of the festive season. The company is providing pre-GST savings and festive benefits on select models, offering buyers the opportunity to save up to ₹2.25 lakh. This offer is valid for a limited time, ending on September 22, 2025, before the new GST 2.0 rules come into effect. Customers can avail of varying discounts depending on the dealership. For instance, the Kia Seltos offers savings up to ₹2.25 lakh in Kerala. The recently launched Carens Clavis provides discounts up to ₹1.55 lakh to buyers in Tamil Nadu. Furthermore, the standard Kia Carens MPV also offers savings of up to ₹1.30 lakh, including a pre-GST discount of up to ₹58,000 and festive benefits of up to ₹1.67 lakh. The automaker has confirmed its commitment to passing on the benefits of the new GST 2.0 tax structure to customers. The GST Council recently made changes to simplify the tax structure for the auto sector, with two main slabs of 5% and 18% now applicable on vehicles. A special tax of 40% has been set for luxury cars, SUVs, and bikes above 350cc. Notably, the compensation cess has been completely removed. These changes have enabled Kia to offer price cuts of up to ₹4.48 lakh on its models, making car purchases more affordable for customers during the festive season.
