Models starting from ₹5.76 lakh, such as the Renault Triber, Maruti Ertiga, Mahindra Scorpio, Toyota Innova, Kia Carens, Mahindra Bolero, and Toyota Fortuner, are now available at reduced prices. Let’s take a look at the price reductions for each car.
Maruti Ertiga: A Popular Family Choice
In August 2025, the company sold a total of 18,445 units. The initial price was ₹9.11 lakh, but after the GST cut, the price dropped to ₹8.80 lakh. This represents a total relief of 3.46 percent.
Mahindra Scorpio: Affordable Powerhouse SUV
The Mahindra Scorpio has always been synonymous with power and style on Indian roads. In August, a total of 9,840 units were sold. The initial price was ₹13.76 lakh, which has now decreased to ₹12.97 lakh. This 5.76 percent reduction means that SUV enthusiasts can now purchase this car at a lower price.
Toyota Innova: Premium MPV Now More Affordable
The Innova has been the first choice for both Indian families and corporations. In August, 9,304 units were sold. The base variant initially cost ₹19.09 lakh, which has now reduced to ₹18.05 lakh after a cut of ₹1.03 lakh. This represents a total saving of 5.41 percent.
Mahindra Bolero: The Heart of Rural India
The Bolero, a favorite in rural areas, has also become more affordable. In August, 8,109 units were sold. The initial price of ₹9.70 lakh has decreased to ₹8.68 lakh, representing a significant relief of 10.51 percent. This reduction could potentially increase the demand for the Bolero.
Maruti XL6: Premium Look, Affordable Price
The Maruti XL6 is distinguished by its stylish appearance and comfortable interior. In August, 2,973 units were sold. The initial price of ₹11.93 lakh has now dropped to ₹11.52 lakh, resulting in a 3.45% relief.
Toyota Fortuner: Luxury SUV Becomes Cheaper
The Fortuner is considered a combination of luxury and power in India. In August, 2,508 units were sold. The initial price of ₹36.05 lakh has now decreased to ₹33.64 lakh. This is a relief of ₹2.40 lakh and a 6.67% reduction.
Renault Triber: The Most Affordable 7-Seater
Starting at ₹5.76 lakh, the Triber has become the most affordable 7-seater car in the country. In August, a total of 1,870 units were sold. The initial price of ₹6.29 lakh has now been reduced to ₹5.76 lakh after a cut of ₹53,695. This represents an 8.52% saving. It is an excellent option for large families on a budget.
