Once exclusive to premium touring motorcycles, cruise control is now making its way into the more affordable segments of our country. From 125cc commuters to mid-weight performance motorcycles, manufacturers are now including this rider assist feature in various types of motorcycles. Hero Glamour X: Priced at ₹ 89,999 (ex-showroom), the Hero Glamour X is the most affordable motorcycle with cruise control in India. It boasts several segment-first features, including a ride-by-wire throttle and three riding modes – Eco, Road, and Power. This bike features a 125cc air-cooled engine that generates 11.4 bhp at 8,250 rpm and 10.5 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. It also includes a digital console with turn-by-turn navigation and over 60 other features, along with Hero’s integrated braking system for enhanced safety.
TVS Apache RTR 310: The Apache RTR 310 is one of the most feature-rich naked bikes in its category, offering cornering cruise control along with several electronic aids. The base variant starts at ₹ 2.40 lakh (ex-showroom), while the top variant includes features such as a bi-directional quick-shifter, cornering ABS, and traction control. The Apache RTR 310 is powered by a 312.12cc single-cylinder engine that produces 35.08 bhp at 9,700 rpm and 28.7 Nm at 6,650 rpm. This engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
TVS Apache RR 310: Priced at ₹ 2.75 lakh (ex-showroom), the Apache RR 310 is the fully-faired version of the RTR 310 and also includes cruise control. It features the same liquid-cooled powerplant, tuned for 37 bhp at 9,800 rpm and 29 Nm at 7,900 rpm. The RR 310 offers four riding modes and advanced connectivity features through its vertically mounted TFT display.
KTM 390 Duke: The KTM 390 Duke now comes with cruise control, along with a new color option called Ebony Black, with the 2025 model year update. Priced at ₹ 2.95 lakh (ex-showroom), this bike uses a 399cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that generates 44.25 bhp and 39 Nm of torque, coupled with a 6-speed transmission and a bi-directional quick-shift. The 390 Duke also features a new chassis with a curved swing arm, adjustable suspension, and a 5-inch TFT display.
KTM 390 Adventure X Plus: The KTM 390 Adventure X Plus, priced at ₹ 3.03 lakh (ex-showroom), is the most affordable adventure-tourer with cruise control in India. This motorcycle features the same 399cc engine as the 390 Duke, delivering 45.5 bhp and 39 Nm of torque. In addition, it includes features like cornering ABS, traction control, and multiple riding modes. With a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup, long-travel suspension, and dual-purpose tires, the 390 Adventure X Plus is designed for riders.
