Mahindra has introduced a special edition to its electric vehicle lineup this festive season: the BE 6 Batman Edition. Deliveries have officially commenced. Originally slated to begin on September 20th, International Batman Day, the date was shifted to September 25th.
This model is a special limited version of the BE 6, with initial sales limited to 300 units. However, due to high demand, the company increased production to 999 units, allowing more customers to acquire this collector’s edition. The ex-showroom price is ₹27.79 lakh, approximately ₹89,000 more than the top-spec Pack Three variant.
Mahindra paid close attention to the design of the BE 6 Batman Edition. The car features a custom satin black finish across its entire body, giving it a premium and powerful appearance. The contrasting Alchemy Gold painted suspension and brake calipers add a sporty look.
The 20-inch alloy wheels, custom Batman decals on the front doors, and the BE 6 × The Dark Knight badging on the rear set it apart. This edition is more than just a car; it is a collector’s pride.
The interior mirrors the exterior’s uniqueness. It features a charcoal leather instrument panel, Suede leather upholstery with gold sepia stitching, and gold accents. Gold detailing is also present on the steering wheel, in-touch controller, and electronic parking brake system.
The Batman sign is embossed on the seats, boost button, and interior details. A pinstripe graphic adorns the dashboard, while a Batman welcome animation appears on the infotainment screen upon starting the car. The exterior sound profile is also Batman-themed, making it exceptionally unique.
The Mahindra BE 6 Batman Edition comes with a 79 kWh battery pack. The company claims a range of up to 683 km on a full charge. In real-world conditions, even with the AC on, the car can easily cover more than 500 km. This edition stands out not only for its design and theme but also for its performance capabilities.
