Nissan Motor India has announced significant price reductions across its Magnite range. The price adjustments come as a result of reduced GST rates applied to the sub-4 meter SUV. These changes, effective from September 22, 2025, coinciding with the first day of Navratri, have resulted in price drops of up to approximately ₹1 lakh on top-tier variants. This presents a compelling opportunity for car buyers ahead of the festive season. Companies anticipate that lower prices will stimulate demand, as affordability often significantly influences purchasing decisions in this segment.
The most affordable variant, the Magnite Visia MT, now starts below ₹6 lakh, with a new price of ₹5.61 lakh (ex-showroom). Mid-range automatic variants, such as the N-Connecta CVT and KURO CVT, are now available for under ₹10 lakh. The most substantial reductions have been applied to the top-spec CVT Tekna and CVT Tekna+ variants, with prices reduced by approximately ₹97,000 and ₹1 lakh respectively.
In addition to the SUV, Nissan has also reduced the price of the CNG fitment kit. The kit now costs ₹71,999, a decrease of ₹3,000 from the previous price. The kit is sourced from government-approved vendors. It includes a 3-year/1 lakh km warranty and maintains the full 336-liter boot space of the Magnite CNG.
