Renault India has introduced the Kiger facelift after a promotional campaign. The updated compact SUV is priced from ₹6.29 lakh to ₹11.29 lakh, mirroring the outgoing model’s price range. The previous Kiger model offered four trims, RXE, RXL, RXT(O), and RXZ. The refreshed Kiger is available in four new trims: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion.
The starting price of the new Renault Kiger is slightly higher than the previous model. The top-spec Emotion CVT variant is only marginally more expensive than the previous RXZ CVT variant. For the introductory period, the mid-spec Techno CVT and top-spec Turbo manual variants are priced at ₹9.99 lakh.
The Kiger retains its existing powertrain options: a 72 hp, 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine paired with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT, and a 100 hp, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol unit with CVT and 5-speed manual gearbox choices. Renault will soon announce prices for the Kiger NA AMT variants.
Exterior updates include a redesigned front bumper with a silver surround, the new Renault logo, a fresh paint scheme, updated C-pillar graphics, smoked reverse lights, and new 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.
Inside, the interior is largely unchanged. All Kiger variants now feature six airbags as standard, along with ESP, a tyre-pressure monitor, and hill-start assist. The top-spec trim adds ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera, automatic headlights and wipers, a wireless charger, and an 8-inch infotainment screen.
