Royal Enfield has revolutionized the way motorcycles are purchased in India by listing its entire 350cc range directly on the e-commerce platform, Flipkart. This initiative, effective from September 22, 2025, will initially be available in major cities like Bangalore, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Mumbai. Customers can now conveniently book popular bikes such as the Bullet 350, Classic 350, Hunter 350, Goan Classic 350, and Meteor 350 online. While the delivery and after-sales service will be handled by authorized Royal Enfield dealers, ensuring customers receive the same reliable experience as in a showroom, this partnership also brings savings. Buyers will benefit from the new GST reforms effective September 22, with price cuts up to ₹22,000 on the 350cc lineup. This allows customers to purchase their favorite Royal Enfield bikes at a lower cost from the comfort of their homes. This marks the first instance of a mid-size motorcycle brand in India presenting its entire range directly on e-commerce. Experts believe this move will particularly appeal to young customers who prioritize online shopping. The service will initially be available in only five cities, but the company has hinted at further expansion in the future. According to Managing Director and CEO of Royal Enfield, B. Govindarajan, the company aims to make the motorcycle buying process easier, more convenient, and accessible to every customer. The partnership with Flipkart allows the company to reach digital-first customers, acknowledging the preference of today’s youth for online purchases over showroom visits.
