The crew attempted to rectify the situation, but their efforts were unsuccessful. To comfort the stranded passenger, the crew slipped a handwritten note under the door, advising them to remain seated until the flight landed in Bengaluru. The incident, which occurred on a flight delayed by two hours, culminated in the passenger being freed by ground staff after the plane touched down. The airline has since apologized and reportedly offered compensation.
