The new Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates came into effect across the country on September 22nd, with companies passing on the benefits of the tax cuts to consumers. If you’re planning to buy a new scooter, the Suzuki Access, a popular model, is now more affordable. The Suzuki Access scooter has become more affordable, with a price reduction of 8,523 rupees. The scooter’s price now ranges from 77,284 rupees (ex-showroom) to 93,877 rupees (ex-showroom). This scooter includes features like a color TFT digital console, navigation, last parking location information, incoming caller ID, and notifications for WhatsApp calls and messages.
Following the GST cuts, the prices of the 110cc and 125cc models of the Honda Activa have also decreased. The 110cc model is now 7,874 rupees cheaper, while the 125cc model is 8,259 rupees cheaper. The 110cc scooter is priced at 74,369 rupees (ex-showroom) and 84,021 rupees (ex-showroom). The 125cc scooter is priced at 88,339 rupees and 91,983 rupees. The Honda Activa comes with features like a smart key and H Smart technology, a TFT screen, a 15-watt USB Type-C port for phone charging, front and rear alloy wheels, and an idle stop system.
According to BikeDekho, the 110cc 6G model provides a mileage of up to 59.5 kilometers per liter of fuel, while the 125cc model can travel up to 47 kilometers per liter. The Suzuki Access scooter offers a mileage of up to 45 kilometers per liter.
