Suzuki has refreshed its popular Ertiga MPV, responding to the growing demand in the 7-seater segment. This update aims to bolster the Ertiga’s sales figures, positioning it against competitors like the Carens and Triber. The exterior now sports a new spoiler with black accents, standard across all trims, for a more distinctive appearance. Interior changes include relocated AC vents, now shifted from the roof to the rear of the center console, with independent adjustable vents provided for the third row. Furthermore, the updated Ertiga provides added convenience with the inclusion of USB-C charging ports in the second and third rows. The mechanical aspects of the vehicle, including the 1.5-liter petrol engine producing 102 BHP and 136.8 Nm of torque (available with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission), remain unchanged. The CNG option is available with the manual gearbox and produces 87 BHP and 121.5 Nm. Post GST 2.0 reforms, prices start at Rs 8.80 lakh (Ex Showroom). The VXI CNG 5MT and the VXI 1.5L 5MT variants offer a good balance of price and features.
