Tata Motors, a leading car manufacturer in India, is preparing to launch seven new SUVs. This announcement was made during a recent investor meeting where the company unveiled its future roadmap. The plan includes introducing seven new vehicles by 2030, encompassing three Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) models and four fully electric vehicles.
Among the new models will be the Tata Sierra, previously showcased in both concept and production-ready forms. The electric version of the Sierra is expected to launch first, followed by the ICE version in early 2026. This vehicle is poised to compete with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Grand Vitara. The Sierra EV will likely share range and battery specifications with the Harrier EV. The ICE version will feature new 1.5L naturally aspirated and turbocharged petrol engines, along with a 2.0L diesel engine.
