Adani Defence Project Expected to Generate 5,000 Jobs in Central India

According to Union Minister Sinha, the Shivpuri complex will directly and indirectly create about 5,000 employment opportunities. Hundreds of local MSMEs are slated to join the defence supply chain, strengthening the regional economy. The initiative also revives a historic lineage of arms manufacturing in the area, tracing back to the reign of Maharaja Mahadji Scindia, who established armories in Mathura, Delhi and Gwalior in the 18th century.
