India's office market hits 24.6 million sq ft absorption in Q2 2026

The Indian office market recorded its strongest quarterly absorption to date, reaching 24.6 million square feet in the second quarter of 2026. This represented an 18 percent increase over the previous quarter and a 14 percent year‑on‑year growth.

Supply also surged to a record 21.0 million square feet, up 91 percent versus the prior quarter, reflecting aggressive landlord activity and the launch of new projects across major metros.
