Thirteen years after its theatrical debut, "Satyagrah" remains a point of pride for actress Amrita Rao, who recently shared behind‑the‑scenes anecdotes on Instagram. The Bollywood star compiled a reel of select scenes, underscoring how working with Amitabh Bachchan left a lasting impression.

The film, directed by Prakash Jha, follows the journey of retired teacher Dwarka Anand (Amitabh Bachchan) as he channels personal tragedy into a public movement against systemic corruption. Ajay Devgn’s character, a grassroots activist, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s journalist Yasmin, and Arjun Rampal’s social worker Arjun Singh all contribute to the narrative’s momentum, while Manoj Bajpayee portrays the antagonistic minister Balram Singh.
