Bhumi Pednekar to Star in 2027 Release Jani Dushman: Darr ke A

Fans of the supernatural genre have a major announcement to celebrate. Bhumi Pednekar will front the upcoming horror thriller Jani Dushman: Darr ke Aage Maut Hai. The movie will unfold across the United Kingdom, focusing on a mother and daughter grappling with hidden familial curses and supernatural phenomena.

The actress took to Instagram to reveal a new poster, urging viewers to step into a realm of palpable dread. The post officially unveiled the movie, marking its place within the established Jani Dushman franchise.

On the creative front, Arshad Saiyed will take the director’s chair, guided by creative producer Roby Grewal. The production is a joint venture between Prabhleen Sandhu’s Almighty Motion Pictures and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series. Co-producers Shiv Chanana and Sunita Vinod Vyas are also attached to the project.

Both producers highlighted the strength of their respective companies’ partnership. Bhushan Kumar commended the reliable output of the Almighty Motion Pictures team, referencing their past work on Made in India. Prabhleen Sandhu added that reworking with Saiyed and Grewal is a special milestone, given their track record in delivering top-tier paranormal thrillers.

Bringing international flair to the set, renowned stunt choreographer Peter Pedrero has signed on. Pedrero’s résumé boasts high-octane sequences for global blockbusters like The Conjuring, Game of Thrones, The Expendables, Fast and Furious, and Harry Potter.

With a targeted theatrical rollout in 2027, the film promises to blend psychological terror with gripping action sequences.
