The film earned Rs 52 crore on its first day (Thursday), with Hindi contributing Rs 29 crore, Telugu Rs 22.75 crore, and Tamil around Rs 0.25 crore. Day 2 (Friday) saw continued momentum with collections of Rs 57.35 crore, a 10.29% increase from its opening day. Hindi-speaking regions led with Rs 44.5 crore, followed by Telugu at Rs 12.5 crore, and Tamil at Rs 0.35 crore. However, weekend collections dipped, with Day 3 (Saturday) bringing in Rs 33.25 crore. Early estimates for Day 4 (Sunday) indicate earnings of approximately Rs 31 crore, maintaining a solid weekend performance. Total box office collection for ‘War 2’ stands at approximately Rs 173.60 crore in four days.
‘War 2’, a sequel to the 2019 blockbuster ‘War,’ was released on August 14, 2025. It features Hrithik Roshan reprising his role as Agent Kabir, after a six-year gap. NTR Jr. joins the franchise as Agent Vikram, with Anil Kapoor and Ashutosh Rana also in key roles.

The plot of ‘Coolie’ revolves around Deva, a former gold smuggler now working as a coolie, seeking to reclaim his past glory by reviving his old gang with stolen technology hidden in vintage golden watches, leading to unexpected consequences. The film also features Soubin Shahir, Upendra, Sathyaraj, Shruti Haasan, Rachita Ram, Reba Monica John, Junior MGR, Kanna Ravi, Monisha Blessy, and Kaali Venkat.
