Additionally, Padukone declined roles in ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ and ‘Sultan.’ Following her refusals, ‘Sultan’ went to Anushka Sharma, while ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ was given to Sonam Kapoor.
