Diljit Dosanjh is facing a backlash for his involvement in ‘Sardaar Ji 3’ due to his collaboration with Pakistani actress Hania Aamir, amidst the tensions between India and Pakistan following the Pahalgam attack. While the film was shot before the incident, both Dosanjh and the filmmakers have received criticism. The film’s Indian release is reportedly on hold, although it is scheduled to release overseas on June 27. Now, this controversy has spilled over to his other projects, specifically, ‘Border 2’. According to reports, multiple film bodies are urging producers to replace Dosanjh in Hindi films. A source suggests that the makers of ‘Border 2’ are considering replacing him, with Ammy Virk’s name being discussed. However, another report indicates that there are no immediate plans to replace Dosanjh, as the casting was confirmed long ago and a significant portion of the film has already been shot.
