Mumbai, September 10 – Actress‑activist Diya Mirza chose a family picnic to unwind after a particularly stressful week. Accompanied by husband Vaibhav Rehki and son Avyan, she posted a collection of outdoor photographs that showcase a sunset, a green park, and light‑hearted moments.

In her caption, Mirza described how the hectic days left her feeling fragmented, prompting her to seek comfort in nature’s calm. “When it seemed everything was falling apart, I discovered peace among the trees. It was a lifesaver. Go outside; everything resets,” she wrote.

She further advised her audience to limit the perpetual rush of buying and doing, emphasizing the importance of occasional stillness. “I’m making the most of this chance to step away from the endless chase. Stopping for a few minutes is essential,” she explained.
