However, she recently revealed that she required therapy sessions after returning from Bigg Boss OTT. Her mental health had significantly deteriorated. The actress, Shamita Shetty, sister of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, shared insights into the impact of her time on Bigg Boss OTT. In a recent interview, Shamita acknowledged that while the show gave her recognition, it also affected her mental health. She mentioned that the stressful environment within the Bigg Boss house after the show’s conclusion caused her considerable anxiety. Shamita revealed that she needed professional therapy for nearly a year. Reflecting on her emotional condition after leaving the house, she stated, “But when I came out of Bigg Boss, I needed therapy for a year. Because I wasn’t understanding what was going on around me or how to react properly.”
