Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, currently in the news for his film ‘War 2,’ has reportedly rented out an apartment to his girlfriend, Saba Azad. The film, released on August 14th, has yet to fully recover its budget. Despite the film’s lukewarm response, Roshan has decided to lease a property to Azad. The apartment, located in the posh area of Mumbai that connects Juhu and Versova, is part of the Mannat Apartments. Reports suggest the apartment spans between 1,000 and 1,300 square feet. The current rental value for such apartments ranges from ₹1 lakh to ₹3 lakh per month.
Roshan is leasing the apartment to Azad for ₹75,000 per month. Azad signed the agreement on August 4th. Roshan had purchased three apartments in the location in 2020. The property includes a duplex on the 19th-20th floors and an apartment on the 18th floor. Azad has also deposited ₹1.25 lakh. The Roshan family is known for their property acquisitions in Mumbai.
In 2020, Hrithik Roshan purchased the three apartments for ₹97.5 crore. In 2025, Hrithik’s father, Rakesh Roshan, sold some apartments. Hrithik Roshan, 51, has been dating the actress, who is 12 years his junior, since 2022. They are often seen together and have enjoyed vacations. Azad is also actively working on OTT platforms. Hrithik has several upcoming projects. Rakesh Roshan’s Khandala mansion was recently showcased in Farah Khan’s vlog.
