Tragedy has struck the entertainment industry with the reported passing of Marathi actor Sachin Chandwade, who gained recognition for his role in Netflix’s ‘Jamtara 2’. Chandwade was reportedly only 25 years old at the time of his death. Initial reports indicate that the actor died by suicide at his residence in Parola, Jalgaon.
Sachin Chandwade was known to be active on social media, frequently sharing updates with his over 7,000 Instagram followers about his life and career. Beyond his acting pursuits, he also had a professional background as a software engineer, working at an IT park in Pune.
In a poignant display of resilience from the past, Chandwade had shared a motivational post in 2022. He wrote in Hindi, “Waqt ne fasaya hain, lekin main pareshaan nahi hu, Haalaton se haar jaaun main wo insaan nahi hu,” which translates to “Time has trapped me, but I am not worried. I am not the kind of person who gives up in tough situations.” This message underscored his determination to face adversity.
Reports suggest the incident involved the actor hanging himself from a fan at his home. He was rushed to the hospital by his family, but his condition deteriorated. He was subsequently transferred to a hospital in Dhule, where he sadly passed away during treatment on October 24th around 12:30 AM.
