Karina Kapoor Seen Sharing Rakhi Moments with Saif’s Kids Sara and Ibrahim

During the Patowari family’s Raksha Bandhan celebration on August 28 in Mumbai, actress Karina Kapoor Khan was photographed spending quality time with Saif Ali Khan’s children, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim.

The celebration blended tradition with a hint of contemporary flair. Most relatives wore ethnic outfits appropriate for the festival, whereas Karina chose a comfortable blue T‑shirt and let her hair flow freely, projecting a relaxed vibe.

In a memorable group photo, Ibrahim, Taimur and Jeh displayed matching football‑styled rakhi bands on their wrists. Soha was seen planting a loving kiss on Saif’s cheek, and her daughter Inaya was caught tying a rakhi onto Ibrahim’s wrist.

Karina’s Instagram caption read, “Sending Rakhi greetings to those who fill our lives with love, safety, and belonging.” The post attracted a sweet response from Saba: “Love you sister and brother as well! Happy Rakhi to all who made the day special.”

Sara posted a short clip of herself and Ibrahim standing before a home‑made Ganesh statue, with Ibrahim holding a prayer tray and sharing a gentle kiss on her cheek.

Looking ahead, Karina will soon appear in Meghna Gulzar’s film “Daira,” where she explores a character that confronts uncomfortable truths. The movie, headlined by Pritviraj Sukumaran, is slated for a September 18 cinema release.
