Kher Reflects on Evolution from Fame‑Hungry to Relaxed Performer

Kher admitted that over the last few years his mindset has shifted. No longer driven by the need to impress, he now enjoys the nuances of each character – silence, contradictions, weaknesses and even foolishness. He says the ageing process of an actor brings a freedom to stop showcasing how much one knows, allowing space for continuous challenge without the earlier anxiety.
