Kseniya Alexandrova, a prominent model and the 2017 Vice-Miss Russia, has died following a car accident. The tragic news comes after Alexandrova had been in a coma for several weeks. The accident occurred on July 5th, and while her husband was also in the car, he survived the incident. The circumstances of the accident were unusual. The 30-year-old Alexandrova, who married on March 25, 2025, was traveling with her husband from Rzhev, Russia. They were in a Porsche Panamera when a deer, or elk, unexpectedly appeared on the road, colliding with the vehicle.
The impact caused severe head injuries to Alexandrova, rendering her unconscious at the scene. Her husband reported that the deer’s appearance and the subsequent collision happened in a split second, leaving him unable to react. The deer went directly into the car, causing a severe head injury. Alexandrova lost consciousness immediately, and her head was covered in blood. She subsequently entered a coma following the accident.
Modus Vivendi, the agency that represented Alexandrova, paid tribute to her on social media. The agency expressed their deep sorrow, announcing the passing of their colleague and friend. Alexandrova had previously participated in the Miss Universe 2017 competition in Las Vegas, though she did not advance to the top 16 semi-finalists.
