The movie ‘Kuberaa,’ starring Dhanush and Nagarjuna, continues its impressive run at the box office. Early estimates suggest the film collected Rs 16 crore on its second day, marking a notable increase from its opening day figures. The film, also featuring Rashmika Mandanna and Jim Sarbh, has generated significant buzz since its announcement. Day 2’s collection breakdown includes Rs 10 crore from Telugu, Rs 4.5 crore from Tamil, Rs 0.23 crore from Hindi, and Rs 0.02 crore from Kannada. The two-day total now stands at Rs 30.75 crore.
Director Sekhar Kammula initially hesitated to narrate the story to Dhanush, revealing his concerns in an interview with Cinema Vikatan. Jim Sarbh, who plays a key role in the film, learned Telugu from scratch for his part, highlighting the dedication of the cast. Produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd, with co-production by Vipul Agarwal and Manish Vasisth, ‘Kuberaa’ is a highly anticipated release.
