By the ninth day of its release, the film had accumulated a domestic gross of 62.5 crore rupees, with a worldwide gross collection of 131.30 crore rupees. The film is expected to cross 150 crore rupees during its opening weekend. The film has also gained praise from Bollywood and Hollywood, with Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra expressing their admiration for the film. The film also features a cameo by Dulquer Salman.
