Meera Rajput Puts Third Child Speculation to Rest on Kareena's Show
Actor Shahid Kapoor's wife Meera Rajput has ended the buzz around a possible third child. She has said that she and Shahid no longer want another baby and that their family is now complete.
Meera's comments were made on Kareena Kapoor Khan's chat show 'What Women Want', where the two candidly discussed marriage, relationships, family and their private lives. A promo for an upcoming episode highlighted a playful moment between them.
In the promo, Kareena asked Meera about the strangest rumour she had ever come across about herself. Meera said that people often speculate about a third child in her and Shahid's family. Kareena reacted with a laugh, saying, 'It might happen.' Meera responded without hesitation, 'Absolutely not, our family is complete.'
Kareena had earlier posted a picture with Meera from the show's set on her Instagram story and described her as a lovely person. Meera reshared the post and thanked Kareena for the invitation.
The conversation has drawn attention because Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor were once in a relationship and were among Bollywood's best-known couples. They met in 2004 while shooting 'Fida' and grew closer afterwards, collaborating on 'Chup Chup Ke', '36 China Town' and 'Jab We Met'. The relationship ended in 2007 during the shoot of 'Jab We Met'.
Kareena married Saif Ali Khan in October 2012 and they have two sons, Taimur and Jehangir. Shahid Kapoor married Meera Rajput in July 2015, and the couple has two children, daughter Misha and son Zain.
