Reality TV star Nikki Tamboli has come to the defense of her boyfriend, Arbaaz Patel, following criticism of his behavior towards Dhanashree Verma on the show ‘Rise and Fall.’ Patel has faced backlash for his perceived overprotective actions. In a video shared on Instagram, Tamboli is seen comforting Arbaaz, who was visibly emotional upon her arrival. In the video, Tamboli assures him of the support from his family and asserts his position as a top competitor. She emphasizes that having someone who supports you is rare. Tamboli’s post included the caption, which stated that she believes “Some partners lift trophies, the best ones lift you — in every game and every moment having someone who supports you behind your back and showers love is rare.” The controversy arose from Arbaaz questioning Dhanashree about hugging male contestants, expressing his discomfort. Tamboli, in a discussion with The Times of India, clarified that Arbaaz’s reaction was rooted in concern, stemming from his reserved background and lack of experience with such interactions. She further added that his intentions were genuine.
